The 4 Basic Fundamentals

1) EAT

Focus on good nutrition.  Irrespective of whether you are paleo, vegan, flexitarian or carnivore, choose healthy food options and supplements, instead of heavily processed alternatives which mess with your physical health and brain chemistry.

2) SLEEP

Get sufficient rest. That includes practising good “before bed” habits, such as reducing screen time before bed, so that you can sleep better.

3) MOVE

Be active. Incorporate both gentle core and cardio exercises into your fitness routine. Make time to move throughout your day – sitting for long periods is extremely detrimental to our health.

4) MEDITATE

Train your mind. Practicing focus exercises helps to improve your memory and build your mental muscles.

Keep it simple

Making an effort in these four basic areas can have a dramatic impact on your wellbeing and performance. We may all have busy lives, but making change doesn’t have to be a mammoth undertaking.
