When it comes to business, the default thinking is to put our heads before our hearts.
But one-sided thinking does two things…
Are you feeling connected? Balanced? Or discombobulated? As business owners and entrepreneurs, it’s so easy to get so caught up in the doing, that we forget about being. If you don’t step out of the trenches every now and again, you put yourself in danger of losing your perspective, and your sense of humour.
ABOUT ME
I’m Michelle Bondesio, a consultant, trainer, mentor and writer with a background in communications and project management.
I now work with independent business people and creative teams, helping them to connect with their potential and grow better businesses.
I do this by providing wellbeing mentoring and performance training, behaviour design consulting and communications services. My focus is on digital health, habits, behaviour change, resilience and wellness in the workplace, and how they improve our performance and productivity, because better selves means better business.

My Story
I thrive on the pursuit of helping people solve problems simply and sustainably. I'm inspired by curiosity, creativity and learning, always on the hunt for interesting experiences and challenges.
Over the past 20 years, I've worked in the arenas of film production, property management, organic food supply, destination management, responsible tourism, corporate social responsibility, digital media and online marketing.
I've worn the hats of organiser, implementer, connector, researcher and writer. The realm of online media has been my stomping ground since 2009.
I'm a lover of words, appreciator of design and digital, champion of the natural world, keen cyclist and yoga fan. But most of all, I love helping people do better.
